Guide :GPS : GO 510 GPS Receiver

Tomtom 510 not recognised by Tomtom Home

Hi, I just tried to attach my 510 to the home hub but once the 510 has asked if I want to connect to the computer and press 'YES", it just stops and the computer can't find it. I have tried all 3 USB ports but to no evail. Any ideas?? Cheers
