GPS Elevation/Azimuth Always Read Zeros

I have a Magellan RoadMate 700 that has been working for a while, but it stopped getting the GPS signal. The GPS status screen always shows zeros for the Elevation and Azimuth, though the channels and frequencies cycle through. I have tried setting my GPS Location and re-initilizing the GPS (including through the 'secret screen') to no avail. I did check for a loose connection with the GPS antenna, but that seems OK. There is one wire that seems to have been pulled out, it is connected to the 'J6' connection near the GPS antenna connector, but the other side is pulled out. Could This Be The Pr
